x8888 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the x8888 online gaming platform, accessible at x8888.biz ("the Platform"), and all services provided through it. x8888 is operated for users based in Pakistan and is designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All transactions on x8888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the x8888 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use x8888.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and x8888. Where there is any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use x8888, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. x8888 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. Age verification documents may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point.
• You must be a natural person — not a company, trust, or any other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed x8888 account. One account per person is the strict rule. Circumventing this restriction by using different names, addresses, or payment methods will result in all accounts being closed.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. False registration details, including using another person's identity, are grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be self-excluded from x8888 under our responsible gaming programme. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you may not re-register without formally ending the exclusion period through our support team.

x8888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing fraudulent documentation will result in permanent account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your x8888 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and ensuring that your account is not accessed by anyone else — including family members.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x8888 immediately by contacting support. x8888 will investigate such reports, but cannot accept liability for losses arising from access by unauthorised persons using valid login credentials unless the unauthorised access resulted from a security failure on our part.

• You may update your account details (email address, phone number, payment methods) at any time through your account settings. Changes to your registered name require identity verification documentation.
• x8888 may contact you by email or SMS for account-related communications. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. Failure to receive communications due to outdated contact information does not exempt you from these Terms.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity charge of Rs 100 per month against any remaining balance, after reasonable advance notice has been given. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 12 months of inactivity.
• x8888 reserves the right to close an account with reasonable notice for any lawful reason, including changes to operating conditions, regulatory requirements, or player protection concerns.

x8888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees only, via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. x8888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Deposits are credited to your x8888 playing balance and are available immediately for betting once confirmed. x8888 does not hold deposits in a separate trust account — your balance represents a liability of x8888 to you.
• x8888 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside x8888's control and are your responsibility.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt a duplicate deposit before confirming the status of the first transaction.
• x8888 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified or that are associated with fraudulent payment activity. Such deposits will be reversed to the originating payment method where technically possible.

x8888 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If multiple deposit methods have been used, withdrawals will be directed to the method used for the most recent deposit, unless you request an alternative verified method through support.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no stated maximum withdrawal amount, though very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification.
• x8888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal amounts. In exceptional circumstances involving manual processing of unusual withdrawal requests, a processing charge may apply — this will always be communicated to you before the withdrawal is processed.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within ten minutes in the majority of cases. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within one to four hours during standard banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals can only be made from funds that represent real-money deposits and verified winnings. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering, once the wagering requirement is fully met, are withdrawable.
• x8888 may request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Requests for documentation do not imply any wrongdoing and are a standard anti-fraud procedure.

x8888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and game-specific promotions. • All bonuses are issued at x8888's discretion. x8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice given where practically possible.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet using bonus funds before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's specific terms. Wagering requirements at x8888 typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms. Real-money funds are not consumed until all bonus funds are exhausted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and crash games typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Table games such as Blackjack and Roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game type is published with each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per x8888 account. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts and are not redeemable for cash. Evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering to meet requirements with minimal risk — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• x8888 reserves the right to reverse bonus winnings and close accounts where it determines, acting reasonably, that bonuses have been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

All games offered on the x8888 platform operate according to their respective published rules. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you understand how that game works and accept its rules. If you are unsure about any game's rules, review the game information panel before betting, or contact support.

• All bets placed and accepted by x8888 are final. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Technical errors that prevent a bet from being placed correctly will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — whether due to a platform issue or your internet connection — x8888 will use server-side records to determine the outcome. Where a round's outcome cannot be verified due to technical failure on x8888's infrastructure, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• All RNG game outcomes are generated by independently certified random number generators. Results are not influenced by x8888 staff, bet sizes, account history, or any other variable. Published RTP figures represent theoretical averages over a very large number of rounds — individual session outcomes will vary.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical card dealing or wheel spinning, all of which is captured on HD video and can be reviewed on request for disputes. x8888 does not and cannot influence live dealer outcomes.
• Crash game outcomes use Provably Fair algorithms. The server seed hash is published before each round and the full seed is revealed after. Players may verify any crash result independently using the seed data and any standard SHA256 hashing tool.
• x8888 reserves the right to correct palpable errors — including incorrectly displayed odds, payouts, or game configurations — even where bets have already been placed on the erroneous values. Players will be notified of any such corrections affecting their account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at x8888. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of all balances including deposits, and in serious cases, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information at registration or during verification.
• Depositing using payment methods that do not belong to you, including stolen cards or accounts.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering). x8888 is required by applicable regulations to report suspicions of money laundering activity.
• Colluding with other players to share information or coordinate bets in poker or any other multiplayer format in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with x8888 games in a way that is not available to standard users through the normal platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from a known or exploited error will be reversed. Players who discover a genuine platform error are expected to report it to support rather than exploit it.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing x8888 staff or other players via any communication channel connected to x8888.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account.
• Any coordinated strategy designed specifically to exploit bonus terms in bad faith, including wagering in a risk-minimising manner solely to meet requirements without genuine play intent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x8888's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect losses, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• x8888 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account security breaches caused by the player's own conduct.
• x8888 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages that are outside x8888's reasonable control.
• x8888 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind. Real-money gaming involves financial risk and players accept that responsibility when registering.
• Nothing in these Terms limits x8888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by x8888's negligence — liability for such matters is not excluded.

x8888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, x8888 will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the x8888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed on the terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.
